POLICIES AND CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to deny services to any individual who does not wish to agree with the following terms:

* All full set appointments require a non-refundable deposit. We can not book your appointment until the non-refundable deposit has been paid. If you no show or fail to cancel your appointment within 24 hours and want to rebook a new appointment another non refundable deposit will be required. 

*We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. No showing or failing to give a 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a 50% cancellation fee of your service charge. 


* An active credit card is required for all guests in order to secure an appointment. By agreeing to the Blink By Mack booking/ cancellation policy you are authorizing Blink By Mack to charge your card on file per the cancellation policy. The active credit card is ONLY used if you no show your appointment or fail to cancel before 24 hours.

* Blink By Mack does not accept outside work from other lash artists/ lash salons. If you have lashes from another salon and would like to book with Mackenna you will be required to get a removal and full set. Unless authorized otherwise by Mackenna through consultation. 


*If you are booked for a removal and full set on the same day you will not be charged for a removal. You will only be charged for a removal if you decide you just want to remove them. If you’re medically required to remove lashes you will not be charged for a removal. 

* We kindly ask that you arrive right on time or no earlier then 5 minutes prior to your appointment. Since we are located in a salon suite there is no waiting area for guests. If you happen to arrive early you may call/ text the salon and let them know, but we ask that you wait in your car until your scheduled appointment time. We also kindly ask that you refrain from bringing children and guests due to the size of the suite. 


* Your scheduled appointment time is your time for any additional work/ corrections. If for any reason you’re unhappy with your service it is your responsibility to inform Mackenna during your appointment. If you decide you need corrections at a later time you will be charged for a fill. Within the first 3 days if you notice unusual fallout from your lashes please contact Mackenna immediately so she can book you an appointment for a compt fix. A fix appointment is only eligible within the first 3 days with Mackenna’s approval. For example: corrections made on day 4, 5, etc. will be charged as a fill.


* Fills are for anywhere between 4-21 days. Any appointments made 21 days after your last appointment will be scheduled and charged as a fullset. As your natural lashes grow your extensions grow out as well. It is Important to schedule your fills between 14-18 days to ensure they stay their fullest and don’t become too grown out and sparse resulting in a full set. It is your responsibility to make your appointments in advance before the 21 day mark to secure a spot. As there will be no extending the refill price if you’re unable to get in before 21 days. We recommend that you book your next appointment after each appointment. 


*All payments are due in full by the end of each service. Payments can be made by cash, or card. All service sales, retail sales and gift certificate sales are final and non-refundable.


*Blink By Mack will send confirmation and reminder texts/ emails with your permission. These reminders contain all the information needed for your appointment including date, time, and how to prepare for your appointment. It is your responsibility to confirm the date and time after receiving your confirmation text/email.
